Seamless gutters are made on-site to fit your home’s exact dimensions, so there are no joints along their length. This custom-fit design means fewer seams for leaks or clogs to form, making them more durable and efficient than traditional sectional gutters. In fact, seamless gutters have fewer places for debris to accumulate and generally last 20–30 years with proper care.
Look for obvious warning signs: persistent leaks, rust, cracks, or peeling paint on the gutters; sagging or separated sections; water spilling over or pooling near your foundation; or visible wood rot on the roofline. These all indicate your gutters aren’t doing their job. Doyle Walker’s team can inspect any of these issues – for example, visible gaps, overflowing water, or sagging gutters are clear signals to repair or replace the system.
We offer aluminum and copper seamless gutters. Aluminum is strong and cost-effective, while copper adds a distinctive look and can last for generations. Both materials are available in a range of factory-applied colors so you can match your gutters to your home’s exterior. (We even solder copper gutter joints instead of gluing them, for maximum durability.)
Most installations are completed in about one day, depending on the size and complexity of the project. We measure and custom-form your gutters right on-site and then attach them with heavy-duty hangars into the fascia board. This quick, one-day process means you’ll be protected from the next storm very soon after scheduling.
Yes – we handle any gutter work you need. In addition to installations, we offer gutter repairs and cleaning. That includes fixing leaks, re-aligning sagging sections, replacing damaged pieces, and clearing out debris. We want your existing gutters to work like new. If repairs aren’t enough, we’ll let you know when replacement is the better option.
Generally, we recommend checking and cleaning gutters at least once a year (more if you have many trees). However, Doyle Walker offers micro-mesh gutter covers that dramatically cut down on maintenance. Properly installed covers essentially eliminate routine cleaning – in many cases “you’ll never again have to scale a ladder to clean your gutters.” We still suggest annual inspections, but with covers you’ll sidestep most of the usual cleaning chores.
Gutter covers are metal or mesh shields that sit on top of your gutters. They have holes that let rainwater in but keep out leaves, pine needles, and other debris. By shedding leaves and twigs, covers save you time and prevent clogs. Doyle Walker’s covers also help prevent pests and ice dams. Many customers find them worth the investment: our covers can save you time, prolong gutter life, and reduce the frequency of cleaning. (And as noted, properly installed covers mean you seldom have to clean the gutters at all.)
The fascia is the board along the roof edge where gutters attach, and the soffit is the underside of the eave. Damaged or rotted fascia/soffit often goes hand-in-hand with old gutters. Doyle Walker can repair or replace rotten fascia boards (and associated woodwork) as part of our service. This ensures the new gutters have solid support. (While our site doesn’t detail soffit, we handle related roofline repairs to keep your eaves structurally sound.)
Copper gutters are a premium choice. They’re extremely durable, virtually maintenance-free, and develop a beautiful patina over time. When installed by our team, copper gutters won’t sag or pull off your house. They also resist corrosion and do not need to be replaced for decades. Though copper costs more upfront, its longevity and low maintenance often save money long term.
